Terms of Use for FRAMIR

2. Acceptance and age requirement

By creating a FRAMIR account, you agree to these Terms of Use.

You must be 18 years of age or older to create and use a FRAMIR account.

3. The service

FRAMIR is a training platform for functions including workout logging, training programs, progression, body measurements and automated training and nutrition calculations.

FRAMIR is provided free of charge at launch.

This does not constitute a promise that every FRAMIR feature will remain free permanently. If paid features, subscriptions or other paid services are introduced in the future, applicable terms and pricing will be provided before a user enters into a paid agreement.

Apparel and other physical products are not covered by these Terms of Use.

4. Your account

You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity on your account.

You must provide accurate information and must not attempt to access another user’s account or circumvent FRAMIR’s security measures.

An account is required for normal FRAMIR app functionality. Initial account creation/login and certain cloud functions require an internet connection. A number of functions can subsequently operate locally and synchronize when a connection is available.

5. Training, Coach and nutrition calculations

FRAMIR Coach, training suggestions, strength estimates, calorie estimates and other calculations are automated training and informational tools.

They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for assessment by a doctor or other appropriate healthcare professional.

You are responsible for assessing whether a workout or recommendation is appropriate for you.

If you have an illness or injury, are pregnant, or are otherwise unsure whether particular training or nutrition is appropriate for you, you should seek appropriate professional advice.

6. Your data and content

You retain your rights to information and content that you create in FRAMIR.

You grant FRAMIR a limited right to process that information to the extent necessary to provide, synchronize, secure and maintain the service.

FRAMIR does not obtain ownership of your workout data, notes, programs or personal exercises merely because you use the service.

The reviewed release does not contain a public social feed or functionality that publishes your user content.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• attempt to compromise or circumvent FRAMIR’s security;
• gain unauthorized access to other accounts or data;
• use the service unlawfully;
• deliberately interfere with the operation of FRAMIR; or
• distribute modified FRAMIR installation files as official FRAMIR releases.

8. Android installation and updates

The Android version of FRAMIR is distributed directly as an APK and is not necessarily distributed through Google Play.

Use FRAMIR’s official download page and ensure that installation files come from FRAMIR’s official distribution channel.

FRAMIR may notify you when new versions are available. Certain future versions may be required for continued use, for example for security or compatibility reasons. The reviewed Android implementation supports both optional updates and minimum-required versions.

9. Availability

FRAMIR aims to provide a stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Maintenance, internet failures, provider outages, security work or other technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

10. Changes and discontinuation

FRAMIR may be developed, modified or have functionality removed.

If FRAMIR is planned to be permanently discontinued, existing users will, where reasonably possible, receive reasonable notice and an opportunity to request a copy of relevant data before closure.

No specific notice period is promised.

11. Account deletion and suspension

You can delete your account through FRAMIR’s account functionality.

FRAMIR may restrict or terminate access in cases of serious misuse, security threats or unlawful use.

Where reasonable and possible, the affected user will be informed.

12. Liability

FRAMIR is a tool for recording training and providing automated calculations. Results depend, among other things, on the information you enter.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Personal data

FRAMIR’s processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy provides information about data processing and should not be understood as general consent to all processing.

14. Governing law and launch area

FRAMIR is provided from Denmark and, at launch, is intended for users in the EU/EEA.

These Terms are governed by Danish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory rights they may have under otherwise applicable law.
